Matignon Investissements II is a closed end venture capital fund launched in 2004 with subscription commitments of around 72 M€. The Fund is dedicated to investments in companies which :

- with sales between € 20 million and € 200 million ;
- who are one of the market leaders in their sector of business ;
- with significant growth potential ;
- generating profit and recurrent cash flows and
- with a seasoned management team.

In the same way as for MI, MI II intends to become the privileged financial partner of entrepreneurs with a majority shareholding in their company and to participate proactively in the value creation of their investment alongside the company's CEO.
