A graduate of the French business school, ESCP, and a Certified Public Accountant, Philippe has been involved in French capital investment activities nearly forty years.

After several years with Arthur Andersen, he worked with Société d\'Investissements Métropolitains et Outre-Mer (SIMER) as Finance Manager in charge of French, African and Asian activities. He joined Banque Worms in 1978 where he became Managing Director of Acmer, the bank\'s portfolio holding company, then Head of Investment Banking.

He is co-founder and Vice-Chairman of Matignon Investissement & Gestion.
